Culture Rumba is an association which aims to promote Congolese Rumba, part of the UNESCO intangible world heritage, throughout the world and the learning of Lingala.
Lingala is spreading rapidly, and not only in the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Republic of Congo. Thanks to the emigration of of the Congolese and the success of their music, a very real medium for its spread across the world, Lingala is on the move. Since 2022 Google has proposed a translation service for the language and the 55 million speakers of it throughout the world.
